90 Minutes  ·  Twice A Week
199 A Month Roughly £23 a session. You will not find this taught anywhere else in Crawley.

  • Ninety minutes on the floor — the extra half hour is where the real work happens
  • The deep material — short power, hard chi gung, the two man work
  • Corrected by hand, by name, every session
