Two-part training day

Part 1: Learn the basics

Mantis warm-ups, basic footwork, basic hand combinations, power basics.

Tea break (30 mins)

Drink tea, chat, and ask questions.

Part 2: Experience the training

Padwork, power drills, hard Chi Gung conditioning.
